In loving memory of Lily Jones who sadly passed away on 19th October 2017, peacefully at Pen-y-Garth Care Home, aged 94 years and of Bradley. Beloved wife of the late Eric Jones (Smack), dearly loved mam of Susan, Peter & Carol, a dear grandmother, great grandmother and mother-in-law.
