In loving memory of Jordan Antony Zekel Isaacs who sadly passed away on 28th September 2017, aged 22 years.
The service will take place in the East Chapel at Medway Crematorium, Robin Hood Lane, Bluebell Hill, Chatham, ME5 9QU at 1pm. The wake will follow at the Brasenose Club, 168/170 Nelson Road, Gillingham, ME7 4LU.
Floral tributes can be sent c/o John Weir Funeral Directors, 25 New Road, Chatham, Kent. ME4 4QJ by 11.30 am on Tuesday 31st October 2017.
Donations can be made by cheque payable to 'Thrombosis UK' and may be sent c/o John Weir, Chatham or made on-line Thrombosis UK formerly called Lifeblood: The Thrombosis Charity was founded in in 2002 and all donations made on-line will go the the charity.

Jordan, I only know for a short time when I moved to Frindsbury Rd, and didn't really get to know him much due to his busy life stiall with his mates and where his mates dossed here all time doing u band thing 24/7, you were a pain when you were with ur mates playing music loud when people tried to sleep, I wish I could have got to know u a bit more I heard that you really turned ur self around alot and changed settled down in a relationship changed ur ways yeah u were a wild child but u were young I wish I know why u past on but we won't, I will never forget the time u tried to give me a heart attack coming through my window silly sod,
No one deserves to pass on at ur age and I wish I knew why....
