MOUNTER, Sally passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital, on Thursday 5th October 2017 aged 71 years
A much loved Aunt to Lucy, Matt, Elena, Phoebe and Sophia, she will be dearly missed
The Funeral Service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Friday 20th October 2017 at 3:30 PM
