Dave you were always a friend more than an employer.
Spending every working day with you for 31 years was a pleasure and an honour.
It is painful that I can no longer seek your comforting guidance when I am unsure, you will be truly missed.

With thanks for good times shared and for your generosity and honest wisdom.

Dave, you were the most amazing man, you were without doubt my true soulmate.

No words can ever describe how we all felt about you but who needs words. You knew how we felt, you knew how we thought, you always gave us all your strength and love and we gave you ours right back but this time it just wasn't enough, we all tried so very hard.

We achieved so much together, we created the most important thing in life, a family filled with love and so many happy memories. We were a great team and I loved every single step of the way.

Be safe Dave, be happy, spread your wings and fly, we will carry you with us wherever we go, you are safe in our hearts forevever.
