Elizabeth (Liz) Allaway (6 Dec 1959 - 19 Oct 2014)

In loving memory of the late Elizabeth (Liz) Allaway who sadly fell asleep in the caring arms of her family at 6.50 p.m. on Sunday 19th October 2014. Liz had fought a very long battle with cancer and also suffered a devastating stroke 13 days beofre her death. She was a very loving and dedicated mother and wife and leaves behind a husband a son and a daughter. Family flowers only but donations if so desired to Hope against Cancer, Macmillan Nurses or LOROS. Our thanks go to all the staff at these wonderful services but a special thanks to the Hope unit at LRI who admitted Liz on to a trial that gave her back a normal life for 30 months and let us make memories.
