Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday 19th October 2014 aged 41 years.
Dearly loved son of Peter and Chris, a much loved brother of Justine and uncle to Daisy.
Nicholas will be sadly missed by all his family and friends that knew and loved him.
The funeral service will be held at Bretby Crematorium, Carnarvon Chapel, on Tuesday 4th November at 12.00 noon.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Nicholas may be placed in the collection box at the service and will be forwarded to British Heart Foundation.
