Rest in peace Daphne. I will never forget the times spent talking to you about life and the ways of the world. You always gave the best advice and were so kind and caring. Thank you all your unconditional support. I will miss you dearly. I lit a candle in your memory on the other side of the world. All my love, Rebecca

To my sweet Mother-in-law (Daffo). Thankful for having known you. You were so important and special to me. I will miss your laughter and our almost incomprehensible ‘Italo-English’ conversations that were such fun.
Have a good journey. The Angels are waiting for you to open up the gates of Heaven.

Addio mia cara Daphne

Daphne, you closed your eyes and went quietly, leaving us with a feeling of emptiness. You were a lovely lady. Whenever we met I so much wanted to talk to you, but couldn’t because I don’t speak your language. I tried to convey my fondness for you by hugging you tightly. I will forever keep the memory of your elegance and your sweetness close to my heart and although I won’t be able to hug you anymore, I will treasure the memories I have of you.
Goodbye my dear Daphne.

Daphne my love, from the moment I first met you I understood you were special.
It didn’t take me long to fall in love with you. We were made for each other and we knew then we wanted to be together for the rest of our lives.
You became my half and I began living.
You gave me the best family I could have hoped for. Sons and daughters to be proud of.
Now I retain the memories that allow me to look back fondly. As ever I need to be with you. You are here with me throughout the day, keeping me company in my moments of solitude.
We are and will be together for ever.
