In loving memory of Tracy Lesley Jones who passed away Suddenly but peacefully on 30th September 2017 at Nightingale House Hospice, aged 50 years.
Beloved daughter of Rosemary and mother of Eilish, dear niece of Christine and cousin of Samantha, Nicholas and their families, treasured granddaughter of the late Pat and John, Tracy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
