I have shed many tears over the last week over the fact that I will never see my lovely friend again. Pat was one in a million, the best friend anyone could wish for. My heart goes out to you all. Stay strong- I know this so difficult for you, but remember all the wonderful times you have had,. Your lovely Mum loved you all so much, and was so- so proud of you all. Bless you. Jude X

A wonderful friend to me and to my corgis Idris and Maud who both adored Pat. She shared her biscuits with them every Tuesday when we had a coffee break. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I valued her help and advice . We had so much in common , Pat and I , and over the years she worked for me we must have spent hours putting the world to rights. We were both widowed early and we both understood how hard life can be without a partner . We also both loved dogs especially and Pat was devastated to lose her little border terrier a while ago. Now we are all devastated. I can hardly believe she will never visit me again or share time over coffee and chocolate ginger biscuits which were a favourite. I will miss her more than words can express . A truly remarkable, gracious and brave lady . She was one of those rare people who was generous in spirit to everyone .She truly made the world a better place and I will always hold her memory close within my heart. Rest in peace my friend. xxxx
