In loving memory of Patricia Monica Glynn who sadly passed away on 30th September 2017, at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Borras. Beloved wife of Derek, much loved mum of Tina, Tracy, Rachel and Nicola, a proud nana and great nana.
