In loving memory of Annie (Nan) SUMMERS late of Charter Avenue and Willowbrook. Beloved mother of Katherine, passed away peacefully at Coundon Manor Care Home on 22nd September017, aged 96 years. She will be missed by her many friends and family. The funeral service and committal at Cannon Hill Chapel will be followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Canley Community Church at 12:15 pm.
