I am very sad to hear belatedly of Andrew's death. We were friends in bright youth and it is only now that I realise that I will miss him.

TOZER Andrew Charles Lovelace
Passed away at his home on the 9th October 2014 aged 64 years.
Beloved son of the late Ernest Lovelace Tozer (Former Sheriff and Mayor of Exeter) and the late Audrey Tozer.
Dearly loved Brother of Mark and Wendy, Brother in Law of Anne Soon Yong Tozer and Uncle and Great Uncle to Wendy’s Family in Australia and Mark and Anne’s Family in Singapore.
Funeral Service Friday 31st October St Andrew’s Church 11.30am followed by cremation. Family Flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Andrew’s Church PCC c/o
M. Sillifant and Sons, Funeral Directors, 19-20 Holloway Street Exeter EX2 4JD or by retiring collection at the service.
Special thanks to the R.D.& E Hospital Wonford, The Doctors and Staff of St. Thomas Medical Clinic and the Exeter City Police for their care and diligence.

Sorry about your loss,did go to the funeral (St Andrews) yesterday but did not get a chance to speak to you .Spoke to andrew earlier in the year,he seem on the up,so it was a shock when i read it in the echo.So my deepest sympathy to you,Ann and Wendy from Brian (your old neighbour no54)
