In loving memory of Jack Martin who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2017. Jack was a father,grandfather and great grandfather. He loved nothing more than spending his time fishing and pottering around in his garden, and this was what upset him the most when he was no longer able to do this. He has left a massive hole in our hearts.
