Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday 6th September 2017, aged 69 years.
A Loving partner, father, and grandad. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service to take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium, on Thursday 21st September at 11:30.
