In loving memory of Sylvia Stone who sadly passed away on 2nd September 2017.
My Mum,Sylvia , will be greatly missed by her family, extended family, and friends.
My mum died at the hand of the terrible disease, dementia. She is now at peace with her beloved husband Jack.

You were a beautiful woman and funny as well. We had some giggles at times. You were stubborn wanting to keep you're independence that little bit longer and that I understand. We will all miss the person you were and try and forget the person you became. You can sleep peacefully with Jack by you're side once again as I know you have missed him so much. God bless, sleep well with the angels xxxx
