On Monday 28th August 2017, passed away peacefully in Leeds General Infirmary, aged 68 years.
The much loved husband of Margaret, dearly loved dad of Jamie,
dear brother of Terry, a loved uncle to Daniel and Claire and great uncle to Bentley, Emelia, Thea and Cody.
The Funeral Service will take place at St Nicholas’s Church, Foundry Lane, Leeds 9 on Friday 8th September at 10.00am followed by Committal at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel at 11.00am.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Keith to The British Heart Foundation and The Kidney Patients Association for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
