I returned to visit Nottingham today after many years working overseas, to look up some old friends.
And while searching for my friend John Clayton I was shocked and saddened to find this obituary. John was a very close friend some years back in the times when we were both at Ratcliffe power station and we enjoyed many beers and great times together.
My sincere condolences to Francesca and to John’s children, Stephen, Ruth, Daniel and Mathew. I wish you all well, future health and happiness.
Best regards
Rob Selby
