In loving memory of John William Turner who sadly passed away on 14th August 2017. John was a loving husband to Lynda and father to Mark and Laura. He was also a doting grandfather to Jamie, Rebecca, Aimee, George and William.

John's funeral will take place on Tuesday 22nd August at 1-15pm at Bramcote Crematorium within the Serenity Chapel. The cortege will leave John's home address at 12.50pm. A celebration of John's life will take place following the service at The Crown Inn at Awsworth. All are welcome to join us in remembering a much loved husband, father, papa and friend.

We would like to request that donations are offered, rather than floral tributes. Donations can be made to our chosen charity, which is the Nottingham Hospitals Charity Fund. We have specifically requested that the donations are given to the Oncology Department, who provided excellent care to John throughout his illness.

John I have many fond memories of times gone by. Your support helped me over many difficult times and will never be forgotten. I am so sorry we have lost a special man remembered as being a brave man who fought hard to stay with his family .Whilst you lost the battle you won the love of those you left behind. Sue xx
