In loving memory of Dennis Robert Caulfield, a much loved husband, father and grandfather, who sadly passed away on 8th August 2017 after a long and brave battle against prostate cancer, at the age of 64 years.
The family welcome everyone to join them in celebrating Dennis' life after the service at Lordswood Sports and Social Club, North Dane Way, Lordswood, Kent.
