In loving memory of our dearest dad who passed away peacefully on 28th July 2017.
Butty was the most incredible man, husband and father to us. We were truly blessed to have him in our lives. He had a quiet air about him, always there and ready to pick up the pieces, to support never to criticise, a wonderful husband, father, granddad, son, brother, uncle and last but by no means least, a loyal friend. He never complained… he took what life gave him without question.
To all who met him, he will be remembered as the perfect gentleman.
No flowers please, but if you would like to make a donation we have set up the facility for the two charities that were so kind and helpful to both Butty and mum...... Thank you

Put your arms around him Lord and kiss his smiling face. He was our very special friend, who can never be replaced.

Dennis was a true gentleman. We will forever remember his kindness, consideration and infectious laugh. His journey to the other side was mercifully peaceful and we have taken comfort from that. The memories made together will forever remain in our hearts and minds.

My father Butty was someone more special than words, he was love mixed with friendship and a million wonderful memories that will always give me comfort, his understanding and support makes me feel that I don't know what I will do without him around, you were loved so dearly Butt and will be terribly missed, Jan x

This is a dedication to the most wonderful man I had the privilege and honor to call my father.
My Dad My Angel
Your battle is now over, no more tears flowing down your cheek,
No more pain, no more suffering, now you are no longer weak.
I still do not understand why this had to happen to you,
but I am proud to say you were my dad, one of the greatest men I ever knew.
Although you will not be here to talk or walk with me,
I know you will always be by my side with a smile I cannot see.
