Missing you Marina RIP

If tears could build a stairway
And memories were a lane
We would walk right up to Heaven
And bring you back again.

No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
You were gone before we knew it
And only God knows why.

Our hearts still ache in sadness
And secret tears still flow
What it meant to lose you
No one will ever know.

But now we know you want us
To mourn for you no more
To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store.

Since you’ll never be forgotten
We pledge to you today
A hallowed place within our hearts
Is where you’ll always stay.

R.I.P. Marina

Little did we know that on 24th July 2017
God was going to call your name, Marina.
In Life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
You left us precious memories,
your love is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you,
you are always by our side.
Our Pinto family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
the Pinto Chain will Link again.

Marina had a dynamic personality and was a special person in our life. She was always full of energy and very vibrant. We know her since we were in University and she n Denis used to be our mentors. It was a pleasure to know you Marina, you were a great example of how to live life to the fullest. We can never forget you and you will always be in our good wishes. We will miss you a lot. Hope you're at peace.

Dearest Marina,

It was very shocking to hear of your passing. I remember the first time Denis introduced us during one of the Energy Institute's meetings 8years ago, it was as though we've known for years. You were welcoming, warm and easy to talk with. You were also very supportive to the EI student chapter (encouraging us students) and the Young Professional network (EIYPN from its inception).

You loved God and family. :) indeed your love and pride in your family was very obvious each time you spoke about them.

You've been a delight to know and a friend over the years and although you're gone, you'll not be forgotten.

I know you're up there making angels laugh just as you did whilst with us. May your gentle soul rest in the bosom of our Lord and may He grant your family the strength to bear your loss.
