David was such a professional, he encouraged and supported me through my first Masters, smoked like a film star and had a true passion for education.

Very sad to hear he passed away such a long time ago, I remember him and Anne fondly. RIP David.

I was shocked to hear of David's death finding out only today. He was the best boss I ever had and a gentleman too. And a cricket fan! My sincerest condolences to Ann Amos and family.
