In loving memory of Peter Bailey who sadly passed away on 21st July 2017
Pete, as he loved to be called was a very loving husband, he helped me so much when we met, I had agoraphobia and he was so patient with me, if we went out in the car and I was frightened he would turn the car round and say 'maybe tomorrow you can do it'. Within months we were going to pub lunches twice a week, also once a week he would take me to KFC in Banbury.
After 2 years of living in a flat we married on November 16th 2007, then moved to a house where Pete started to build a pond we worked hard making a garden, Pete loved to work in his garage making things for the house and garden.
After 3 years his health deteriorated, so we bought a bungalow in Brackley, but he had to make a pond for his beloved goldfish. He struggled on and it took him about a year to complete it, even when Pete could hardly stand after a stroke weakened his right side and he had to use a walking frame to continue to care for his pond.
Pete had another stroke and many health problems and had to go into hospital, he was there for 13 weeks before he passed away.
