Peacefully in hospital after a short illness on July 20th aged 86 years, Joe. A devoted husband to Molly. A treasured dad to Keith, Anne, Philip and Ralph. A much loved father-in-law to Barbara and Keith. A cherished grandad to Rebecca, David, Richard and Sophie. A loving great grandad to Victoria, Ashvin and a good friend to many. Friends Please meet on Tuesday August 1st for service in Houghton Methodist Church at 1.00pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired to the Essence Service Centre & The Sir Thomas Allen Centre, Doxford Park. A collection plate will be provided at the church. All are welcome afterwards to the Mill, Rainton Bridge, Houghton-Le-Spring (DH5 8NG) for refreshments.
