In loving memory of Sarah Jane Smith who sadly passed away on 13th July 2017.
Sarah grew up in Lincoln where she eventually met Stephen who she married in 1994, shortly follwed by the birth of her first child Bradley. She went on to have two more children, Thomas and Sophie. The family moved to gainsborough in 2003 where she got a job as a cook in a nursing home.
In 2012, Sarah was unfortunately diagnosed with ovarian cancer, which she fought bravely for 5 years until she sadly passed peacefully surrounded by her family.

So sad to say goodbye Sarah - will miss you always but know how proud you would be of your wonderful family today.
So many good memories from our walks to nursery every morning 13 years ago to our monthly lunches more recently. Xxxx
