I met Annie when I went into care for her over 10 years ago. She made me feel like one of the family, I felt so welcome, we always laughed at daft things. We talked about everything and became very close. The Dazell house was great, daddy, Mary, Charlene and the wanes and David who Annie will be with now. My heart is sore today seeing Annie in her wee room, but no longer with us. I hope I get to meet her again in. X

Well, ma wee auntie Nan...what can I say. For a wee woman you certainly were a big character, a shining light on the darkest of days & there were a few over these many years. Your door was ever open to my mammy & us, where we always found a listening ear, love, safety and a big pot of soup! Wee Patsy always said you were not just her auntie, but the sister she never had. You were always the one that she turned to, at the end of the phone or a spontaneous "let's just jump the train and go up the road!" No matter the time of day or night, you were always there with your beautiful smile, the sound of laughter and a cuddle. You opened your home and you heart to all. It has been an honour to have you as an auntie and to have known you. Even though I have been a Baker for the past 17 years, I was always "That Debbie Campbell" you! Heaven has gained a true angel and our world will undoubtedly be duller without your unique sense of humour to light the way and that sparkle in your eyes that tells us, everything is going to be ok. Rest in peace auntie Nan we love you xxx

My name is Ann Lynch ,I met Ann 40 years ago when I started to date David. .From that day I became her wee lassie. who couldn't sat no. Ann was my friend confident second mammy. She never judged me ,,just listened, ,drank never ending cups of tea, and laughed ,a lot..my days in Scotland were made even better when I was around Ann..my fondest memory was when Ann my mum Nan , David and I went to Ayr for the day,, after fish and chips we went onto the green and messed around for an hour or so, ,I say we,,,,, David was throwing me on the ground,, ,my mum shouts to David ,is she annoying you son? Annie says other more colourful words to David which sent us into convulsions...so David and I headed back to the car parked along the promenade ,,,sat there quite a while ,, then David noticed it went very quiet,, I look out of the side mirror and there was a queue of cars as far as the eye could see ,,, with 2 wee wimin boldly walking as slow as a wet week,,,singin and laughing...I get out and run towards them, , then notice that Anns hand bag was hitting every wing mirror that they passed, help ma boab, lets go to the other side ,,to the walkway... they both said ,, ,, your holding up the traffic,, , aye they can wait,,,,,,// they say in unison, , , cant argue with that
Ann had an unbreakable sense of loyalty for her Family and I feel that I was part of that.
I have many fond memories of Ann
I will miss her
love you forever
Ann
