Marlene was a generous, caring and lovely lady. She was a loving mum, to her golden boy Dave and his wife Lorraine who she called her daughter. She had 4 grandson's
Danny, Lee, Matt and Jordan who she absolutely adored. She also had 4 beautiful great grandchildren, Chloe, Caitlin, Callie and her newest great grandchild Cruz.
She had 2 sisters Yvonne and Janice and 2 brothers Frank and Ken
Marlene was a very strong willed woman and would fight any battle she had to. She made a through some of the worst things in her life but she always came out on top. Her family will always look up to her as a role model as she got over things, that normal people would crumble at.
Marlene made an impact on everyone she came across, she was a very rememberable lady because of her lovely, bubbly personality. She never ever failed to put a smile on anyone's face. Marlene has lots of lovely friends that loved her dearly, she would always be there as a helping hand if anyone needed anything.
It didn't come as shock to the family with the amount of support from friends Marlene was given through this horrible battle she had to fight, as she was loved throughout all of Mansfield.
On behalf of the family i would like to thank everyone that has helped through this sad time, and that Marlene would have been overwhelmed with the amount love and support we've had.
Marlene will be forever in our hearts, and her memory will live on forever. We love you all so much Mum, Gran and Mama.

Marlene you are an inspiration to us all and always will be. No matter what life dealt you would always have a smile and kind comforting word to say. I will always remember our little chats and the love you gave to me and my children over the years and the laughter we shared. You will be missed but I know you are now with Walt and that is right for you. Will never forget you Marlene sleep tight lots of love Julia, Lorraine, Darren and Deborah xxxx

Morning Gran. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and with a tear in my eye to all the wonderful memories you have left me with. You were and will remain to be a true inspiration to me for the strength and courage you have shown through you life. Through all the bad times you still had a smile on your face and you kept marching on not letting anything get you down although inside i know you were hurting. Rest in peace now Gran and be with the love of your life and keep shining down on us knowing we miss you everyday but we will take your strength and continue to make you and Grandad proud.
