Passed away at Nightingale Macmillan Unit Royal Derby Hospital after a short illness on 26th September 2014 aged 47 years.

Much loved wife of Peter, loving daughter of Yvonne and the late John, sister of David, Auntie of Chloe and Alfie, step mum of Clare, Carl, Kim, Alex and Owen, adored Stephie to Tom, Mollie and Caleb.

A funeral service will be held in the Anglesey Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Friday 10th October at 12.15pm.
