Thalia, Peter, Julie, Tracey and the family were so pleased to see so many people at David's funeral last Wednesday, we thank you all for attending and appreciate your support. Thank you also to those who donated towards Help for Heroes, it's no doubt very welcome. Thank you also to those who posted photos on this site and lit candles. X

David was my big brother and my super-hero, although I didn't realise that until I was older. We fought like cat and dog as children but I always looked up to him, I didn't realise that until I was older. I used to scream and shout at him when he gave me 'dead-legs' or teased me but I loved him dearly, I didn't realise that until I was older. This is a tragic time for all of us who knew and loved him, but we always will.
