In loving memory of Lawrence Underdown who sadly passed away on 31st May 2017

Lawrence, I’m so broken up about this. I can’t believe this is how I found you. You were my best mate in year 4 when my family moved to Kingston from Canada and we ended up in the same class together at St-Joseph’s. Once we moved back we kept in touch sending each other letters in the post but after a couple of months we moved on with our lives and we lost touch. A couple of days ago my mom was cleaning up some things and came across some old letters which made me decide to try to find you again and catch up. Can’t believe I missed you by a year. I wish I would have made the move sooner so that I would have had the chance to speak to you again and find out what happened in your life after we went on different paths. I will always remember your smile, your warmth, your generosity and your humbleness. I just wish I could have told you all this in person. Rest in peace friend.

Lawrence I don't know were to begin with this
I still can't bring myself to believe what's happened.
Last 2 weeks iv been looking through all the pics over the last 19 years of what we did together even though I was crying I was also laughing at the things we did.
I know you were such a loving man with the biggest heart who just wanted your own family.
I know this will take a long time for me to accept your not here anymore.
Not only was you my best friend
I loved you like a brother and always will love you like my brother.

Rest in peace
Love Charlie

Lawrence, my only nephew, how cruel this world can be to have taken you so young and with so much to look forward to in the future. Bill and I were remembering the Christmas you, mum and dad came and had dinner with us and how chuffed you were with the cufflinks we gave you as you said they made you feel proper grown up. Sleep well, you will be missed so much, you have touched so many lives in such a good way. All our love, RIP, Auntie Carolyn and Uncle Bill

Lawrence, your determination during the toughest period of your life is something I will never forget, it was actually very inspirational. The last meeting we had at work I remember how proud I was of you and how far you had come and how determined you were and how much you loved your job and most importantly how good you was at it.

May you rest in internal peace mate, Myself and the rest of the team with never forget you.

xxx

My dear cousin Lawrence, this was a total shock to the whole family that you were taken from us so soon. This is a very sad time for us, but remembering your cockney accent, your brilliant sense of humour and what an amazing person you were will forever fill me with happiness. RIP Lawr, until we meet again. Lot's of love, your cousin Andrew xxx
