In loving memory of John David Gosling who sadly passed away on 13th June 2017 surrounded by those he loved, after a short battle with cancer.
John was the Husband of Kate and Dad to Marc & Natalie and grandad to their children also stepdad to Julie and grandad to Julies children, John was also one of seven children of Margaret and Jack Gosling who he is now Reunited with. He was loved by many, John had many friends and loved to spend time down meadow lane watching Notts county.

My Dear Dad,
The last few weeks I've spent every single day with you and although it wasn't on nicer circumstances I've got some lovely memories and funny moments to cherish forever. I feel our story wasn't quite finished dad and we still had some more memories to make and thats what makes our goodbye so much harder to make. You passed away with the people by your side who loved you dearly and you loved dearly too...and although its eased your suffering its still broke my heart in two, the grief I know is all the love I have for you, the tears in my eyes, the lump in my throat and the pain across my chest the knots in my stomach is all the love I want to give to you but sadly no longer can. I know you're in good care now with Mammar - her blue eyed boy. But to just hear your voice and the touch of your hand is all I can but dream. Sleep tight Dad, its time for you to rest. Love you more than you will ever know always & forever your heartbroken baby girl ?

Sadly we lost you on the 13th June we tried so hard to keep you with us .I've had you in my life for 20 years my stepdad John miss you always and forever. Promise you we will look after my mother your wife Kate. misses you so much so does patch .till we meet again Rip .love Julie garry ethan and logan xxxx your loving wife Kate and dog patch xxxx

R.I.P Mr Gosling, I know Marc is being brave and strong at the moment and his kids are doing their best with Lisa to support them but we are here for them all.
Hopefully Notts have a good season for you and you'll be in the stands cheering them on.
