In loving memory of Catherine (Kate, nee Hodson) Rebelo who sadly passed away on 5th June 2017, peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, formerly of Gresford, aged 48 years. Much loved mum of Gabby, dearly loved daughter of Mike and Carole, loving sister of Debbie, sadly missed by Jackson and Ollie. Floral tributes welcome, or donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.
