In loving memory of Arthur Hirst, who sadly passed away on 24th May 2017.

Well-loved husband of Janet; father to Catriona & Jamie, father in law of James & Anna; Gramps to Benjamin, Louise, Sydnee & Abigail. Greatly missed by all.

A private family service is being held at Alford Crematorium on Monday 19th June 2017, followed by an OPEN Celebration Service at 2pm in St. Leonards Church, South Cockerington.

A gathering will follow the service at Bambarinos restaurant in Grimoldby (LN11 8ST).

It was Arthur’s request that black tie is not compulsory, and instead he suggested that people wear a “dash of red”.

The family kindly request that no flowers are sent, although donations would be gratefully received for either of Arthur and Janet’s preferred charities, St Andrew’s Hospice (http://www.standrewshospice.com/andys) or St Barnabas’ Hospice (http://www.stbarnabashospice.co.uk/).
