In loving memory of Sally Ann Woods (Haslam) who sadly passed away on 9th May 2017 at home aged 53 years. Sally will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
If anyone would like to make a donation to the Macmillan cancer trust it will be greatly received, they helped my mum so much with dealing with Paul's cancer and supported her through every stage so instead of flowers I'd like to give something back to them.
