I was in No Bed for Bacon with Gary at Grove Park in 1969. I was saddened to read of his passing. RIP

In loving memory of Gary Charles Hughes who sadly passed away on 12th May 2017, at St. Raphael's Hospice, London, aged 66 years. Son of Late Mervyn & Majorie Hughes, Dearly loved friend of Paulo, much loved brother of Karen, Late Mervyn, Late Kelvin, Craig, Late Christina, Late Keith, Gaynor and Sonia, a sadly missed uncle and friend of many. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.
Gary was born in Wrexham, N. Wales, later lived in London and most recently Lisbon, Portugal / Glan Gors, Harlech.
He travelled the world and met many people from different walks of life, from the Grove Park Theatre to the London Lighthouse, he certainly left a memory with everyone he faced.
If you knew Gary, the family welcomes you to the 'Celebration of Gary's Life' on the 23rd May 2017 at 3:15pm in the Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham. Please wear light colours as per Gary's request to be colourful.
