Peter Henry Cornock (Passed away 2 May 2017)

In loving memory of Peter Henry Cornock who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2017. Peter grew up in Ely, Cardiff and aged 17 years he met the love of his life Pat, they later married and had 3 boys, Michael, Martyn and Jason. He spent his working life as a motor vehicle mechanic and soon opened a garage in Cyfarthfa Street, Cardiff.

They moved to Caerphilly in 1974 and Peter continued working with cars until his retirement. He then enjoyed spending time with his five grand-children, Sophie, Chloe, Kire'ea, Jessica and Joel and was later fortunate to have a Great grandchild Harley. He loved pottering in his garage and was always willing to give advice and guidance to family, friends and neighbours.

Later in life Peter developed Parkinson's and dementia but still kept his spirits high and sense of humour to the end. Always ensuring that he had a smile for those he loved and a twinkle in his eye for his beloved wife of 55 years Pat.
