Mick certainly was 'one of a kind' - one of life's true characters, and there was never a dull moment when he was around ! Bryn and I can look back over our years on the Lane living next door to you both, and can only smile when we think of him and some of the scrapes that he got himself into over the years - and there were quite a few!! All of which were the source of much hilarity when later re-counted, once even almost causing number 144 to go up in smoke whilst playing one of our many late night games of 'Rumikub' with supper and a 'few' drinks! and lots of laughter. Surgeys Lane will certainly never quite be the same again, and we will both miss Mick very very much. Sending much love and our deepest sympathy to you at this very sad time. All our love, Bryn and Lynne xxxx

Uncle Mick was such a happy man who could light up a room and make everyone laugh! I'm sure he is up there with the other Booth angels showing them a good time and he will be watching over his lovely wife, children, grandchildren and the rest of his family.
Thinking of all of Mick's family and friends at this sad time. Until we meet again xxxx
