In loving memory of Pat Fordyce, who sadly passed away on 4th May 2017 aged 84 years.
Much loved mum, grandma, great-grandma and friend. Will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral service will take place at Bramcote Crematorium on Thursday, 18th May at 11.45 am.
Join us to celebrate mum's life by wearing a splash of colour.
Family flowers only by request but donations in lieu to The Alzheimer's Society if desired.
