In loving memory of George Cooke who passed away peacefully at Chesterfield Royal Hospital on 26th April 2017 in his 91st year.
Dear brother of John and brother-in-law of Betty, much loved uncle of Sonia and her partner Mark and cherished great uncle of Joshua and William. He will be sadly missed by all.
