I only found out recently that you had passed away Sue. I shall think of those times at British Gypsum with Angie and the photos we took posing at Wollaton Park. Good times. The last time I saw you was at Angie’s Mum’s funeral and I’m sorry I haven’t seen you since. I will think about you often. RIP lovely Sue. x

Funeral Director
In loving memory of Sue Gleadell who sadly passed away on 26th April 2017.
Mum was born in Nottingham and bred in the Meadows!! where she grew up in a corner shop on Bathley street run by Grandma and Grandad, with the help of big bro, Uncle Alan, AKA Ugly!!
Mum attended Trent bridge junior and secondary School, where she made many friends, some of whom have stayed close friends to date.
Mum had a fulfilled life and travelled to exotic places from Seychelles to Mablethorpe!, she lived in Luxemburg, Brussels, before settling for a time in Holland, where she had two wonderful daughters Elaine and Kirsty!, she then came home to Nottingham where we spent our childhood growing up on Gateford Close.
Mum was loved by many people, she made friends easily, some of whom she classed as family, she liked nothing more than spending time with her great nieces and nephews, playing games and spoiling them. Mum enjoyed Saturday card nights with Ann and Stan, filling up her jabber jar with money and eating cream cakes from Birds!
Our mum was loving and caring and would make time for others, she spent time at Dundee House meeting children who had been diagnosed with diabetes, helping them to understand the condition and providing them with her own first hand experiences.
A Mum, wife, sister, daughter, sister in law, auntie, great auntie, cousin, friend, a lady that meant so much to so many people. Your smile, your love, your sense of humour, will be greatly missed, more than you could have ever known.
We are so proud of you mum, we love you so much, good night, sleep tight. xxxx
