In loving memory of Rachael Helen Hemming who sadly passed away on 15th April 2017 aged 52 years.

A celebration of Rachael's life will be held at Woodpeckers, 35 Lambley Lane, Burton Joyce, NG14 5BG.
On Friday 12th May at 2pm.

Family only will attend a private cremation and then they will rejoin you at Woodpeckers to continue celebrating Rachael's life.

No flowers or gifts please however donations to MIND are invited:
