In loving memory of Jayne Jones; much loved Mum of Sian & Sam, Nanny of Sophia, fiancée of Jez and sister of Judy, Mark and Andy.

Jayne sadly passed away on 18th April 2017, at Kings Mill Hospital at the age of 54 after a long period of ill health.
