In loving memory of Yvonne Zolman who sadly passed away on 31st March 2017, suddenly but peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Eighth Avenue, Llay, aged 58 years. Dearly loved partner of Eddie, much loved mum of Richard and Amanda, dear mother-in-law of Catherine, loving nan of Amilea. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in memory.
