With love and best wishes from Auntie Marg and family xxxx
Pam Colquitt (6 Jan 1953 - 2 Apr 2017)
In loving memory of Pam Colquitt who sadly passed away on 2nd April 2017 with her family around her.
Pam was a fighter from the beginning. She was born with Spina Bifida and was rushed away for her first operation when she was hours old. Then again, when she was ill 10 years ago and had a life changing operation which left her having to learn to walk again. But typical Pam, she did it and we were gifted an extra 10 years with her.
Pam was a hard working, loving woman who will be greatly missed especially by her family and partner Roy who she shared the last 27 years of her life with.
Pam is survived by her two brothers Graham and John.
Pam had 4 children, Lee, Simon, Philip and Lyndsay and a growing number of Grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
Pam loved to go to concerts and going on holiday especially to Scotland with Roy. I remember when she went away and bought Thomas a Bertie Bus from Thomas the tank engine and it ended up costing me a fortune getting the rest of them.
My mum used to love a wine and soda on a Saturday night in the Tavern with Roy or a night out with the girls from work. Sometimes Simon and myself would join her for a night out.
We have so many good memories of my Mum and she will be greatly missed.
We have chosen the UK Sepsis trust as our charity as both times Pam was admitted to hospital she was septic and it is such a worthy cause that is becoming more and more common.
Sleep tight Mum. We love and miss you dearly
