In loving memory of the late Margaret Rose Aitken who sadly passed away on 13th September 2014

Following a serious Stroke in January 2014 Margaret, better known as Marge to us all, lost her fight for life and passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside.

Let's remember her now as we all do. As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all of us who knew her.

Until the day of the stroke she was her normal self. Following a visit to the hairdresser in preperation for a party the next day she spent the evening playing cards with friends. We are sure many people who knew her will remember her as the fun loving person she was. Especially after a Gin and Tonic.

To her brother and three sisters she was the youngest and enjoyed the attention she received from them. In return she was always there for them and their families.

To us her Sons, she was always there for us and our families. We are proud to have had such wonderful parents.

Her pain and discomfort has passed now and she now rests peacefully and remains lovingly in our memories.

A wonderful send off for my lovely nan, she would have been proud of all the people that came along to say goodbye.

Nan will forever be in my heart and I miss her every day but feel so lucky to have had all the special moments we had together.

Forever in my heart xxx

Jess

Marge, I think of you and smile. I'm so honoured that you were part of our family and vice versa. Throughout my life you were always one part of "Marge and George" and I was "Young Toni". From here on in it is back to being Marge and George forever more, and I'm quite happy to be Young Toni! Get those dancing shoes back on and that gin and tonic in your hand and just be the Marge we all love.
Lots of Love Toni xxx
