Dearest Palmer Family,
Your Keith is a fallen hero who should never have had it happen to him. In the publics eye he will always be remembered for all the good things a person can be. May you be very proud of the wonderful send off you gave him today and I hope the wonderful memories he has left you will be comforting in these sad times.
We send you all our love ..... The Dixon Family x

We didn't need to know Keith to feel the impact he made on those he loved and worked with, how he committed himself to upholding the law, so that the rest of us could feel safe.
We know that Keith was very much loved, his loss immeasurable.
The crowds lining the streets came to say 'Thank You', pay their respects and show unity with your family.
The Policemen and women lining the route will always have you on their watch. We, the public don't often get the opportunity to say Thank You for all that our services do.
Thank you Keith, thanks to all those that fought with you and came together to help eachother that fateful day.
Our loss is heavens gain, forever an Angel.
God Bless you Keith,
