To our beloved Tom. There are no words to describe the hole that has been left in our lives since you left us. You were our brother and always will be; we will forever keep in our hearts and memories your charming smile, your positive attitude towards everything in life, your funny jokes, your wise advice and all the wonderful memories we shared together. We thank you so much for teaching my sister the meaning of true love, for making the past three years of your lives together so special and for making her the happiest girl in the world. Our hearts are broken because you are no longer with us but we promise to take the best care of your darling Olivia and your amazing parents. We decided to donate to a charity which Olivia found named 'Cardiac Risk in the Young'. They carry out some fantastic work to help those who are affected. For years and years to come, we will continue to fundraise to help others in your memory. Not a day will go by when we don't think of you and we will continue loving you forever.
