In loving memory of Frank Edward Hornby who sadly passed away at home on 23rd March 2017 aged 88 years.
Husband of the late June, father of Debra and Kevin, and grandfather of Kayleigh, Edgar and Odette.
The funeral service will take place at Wilford Hill Crematorium on Monday 10th April at 11am.
