It is with deep sadness that I have to inform you that my son Neil Parker also known as Colby Parker
Lost his battle with Cancer and passed away at the Wisdom Hospice in Medway at 14:53 on Monday 20th March. Just nine days before his thirty-eighth Birthday.
His passing wasn’t easy but the pain and suffering that he endured since being diagnosed less than three months ago had now gone from his broken and weakened body.
He was and always will be much loved and sadly missed by his fiancé Marie, his children. His family and his friends.
Please feel free to visit his obituary page on the family’s Facebook pages or go to https://www.funeralzone.co.uk/obituaries/29109?
Where your messages, obituaries, comments and more importantly photos can be left in order to help us fill the 200 pages of his memorial book.
This is where you will also find all the information required regarding the date and time for his cremation along with directions to the Medway Crematorium.
Neil was not a greedy man he led a fairly simple life, he didn’t ask for much and expected even less.
However he did request that his passing was to be a celebration of his life (not the mourning of his death)
He asked that nobody was to wear all black and that colour was to be the order of the day.
He asked that people didn’t waste money on flowers that he could not see, smell or touch but to make a small donation to the Macmillan Cancer Support Charity or the Friends of the Wisdom Hospice (Medway) who could then care for other Cancer Patients as they had cared for him in his last days with care, compassion and dignity.
Donations can be made via the JustGiving link on this Obituary Page.
