Passed away peacefully 25th March at NGH with his family at his bedside.
Sam's Mortal Remains will be received into the Cathedral of Our Lady & St Thomas on Sunday 2nd April at 6.45 pm. The Funeral Service and Requiem Mass will be held on Monday 3rd April at 12.30pm followed by interment in Kingsthorpe Cemetery. By request family flowers only.Donations if desired, cheques made payable please to Stroke Association may be sent to The Funeral Home of Kevin Matthews.
